ORDERS & SHIPPING
Please note that a majority of our products are made to order in our Los Angeles shop. Standard production time is estimated between 9-12 business days. Custom created pieces can take up to 2 weeks for production. Most one-size items are in stock and ship immediately. Please note that if you've ordered multiple items, we bundle them together as one shipment, unless otherwise requested via email.
If you need your order rushed, please contact info@alizdesigns.com with the style name and custom details, along with the date by which you would like to receive it. If you have already placed your order and would like it rushed, please be sure to include the order number in the email. We will let you know right away if a rush option and overnight shipping is available for that specific style. Please note that there will be surcharge for rush items and overnight shipping options.
Domestic Shipping
Aliz Designs offers free UPS 2-Day Express shipping on orders over $500. For orders under $500, we charge a flat shipping rate of $25. To protect your jewelry package, all orders are insured via our secondary jewelry insurance shipping provider.
All jewelry shipments require a direct signature. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
If an item is in stock it will ship immediately. Please note that if you've ordered multiple items, we bundle them together as one shipment, unless otherwise requested via email.
Exchange process for US orders:
- Email info@alizdesigns.com to request your pre-paid shipping label.
- Put your jewelry in its original packaging and place it in a shipping box along with your exchange form.
- Attach your pre-paid label on the box.
- Bring your packaged box to a UPS location.
International Shipping
We offer Flat Rate FedEx Express shipping for all international orders. To protect your jewelry package, all orders are insured via our secondary jewelry insurance shipping provider.
Please note that items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The purchaser of the shipment is responsible for all Import Fees.
Shipping times may vary due to customs delays, but rest assured we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
If you refuse a shipment from Aliz Designs, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Aliz Designs. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Return process for International Orders:
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to issue pre-paid return labels to our international customers at this time. We will help you process an exchange as soon as your jewelry returns to our LA shop!
- Send an e-mail to info@alizdesigns.com requesting an exchange.
- Our team will email you shortly confirming your exchange and provide further instructions.
- When filling out the Commercial Invoice for your return package, please mark the package as a Return to avoid customs charges.
- Seal the box and return it to us!
Please save your tracking number in the event you need to track your package.
